Additionally, I revamped our outreach strategy, focusing on industry conventions and presentations to enhance brand exposure.
In 2021 I then launched Recovell Sports, a brand specializing in organic massage creams and recovery apparel. Crafting the business plan and securing an €80,000 seed investment marked the initial stages. Overseeing brand and product development,
I eventually streamlined operations with an automated system, expanding into three European countries and boosting monthly revenue by 20-25%.
